Minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals are processed within 1–6 hours to verified BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri accounts and e-wallets.
All bonuses carry a minimum 30x wagering requirement. Bonus funds must be played through before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.

Age Restriction: Gambling by persons under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited on erek09. Any Account found to have been registered by or on behalf of an underage individual will be immediately closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
Each Player may maintain only one (1) Account on erek09. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date and may update it through your Account settings or by contacting support.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. erek09 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account that results from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact us immediately at [email protected].
erek09 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an Account at its sole discretion, including where we are unable to verify the identity or eligibility of the applicant.
Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any point thereafter at erek09's discretion — we require completion of the KYC verification process. You will be required to submit:
KYC documents are typically reviewed within 1–24 hours. erek09 may request additional documents at any time. Providing false, altered, or incomplete documentation constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
All deposits on erek09 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We support the following deposit methods:

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. erek09 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be matched to a verified Account holder and to withhold any winnings generated from unverified funds pending investigation.
erek09 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which erek09 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified erek09 Account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
erek09 does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the responsibility of the Player.
erek09 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions tied to occasions such as BRI Liga 1 season openers, Idul Fitri, and Ramadhan. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds may be requested. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 must generate Rp 3,000,000 in total qualifying wager volume before withdrawal eligibility is established.

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your Account. Unused or incomplete bonus funds will be removed from your Account upon expiry without compensation.
erek09 actively monitors Accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to hedge bonus wagering, or systematically exploiting promotional conditions in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
erek09 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with active wagering requirements at the time of a promotion's discontinuation will be permitted to complete their existing rollover under the original terms.

All content on the erek09 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of erek09 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission from erek09.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, erek09, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.
erek09's total cumulative liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
erek09 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but accept no liability for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or actions outside our direct control.
erek09 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
Upon termination for cause, erek09 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation. Real-money balances belonging to the Player — confirmed as free of wagering requirements and not subject to fraud investigation — will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe where legally required to do so.
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their natural outcomes.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which erek09 holds its international gaming license.
Any dispute arising between erek09 and a Player that cannot be resolved informally through our support channels shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent erek09 from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
erek09 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Players via email or an in-Platform notification. Your continued use of erek09 following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 14. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
